When employees stop engaging how do you get their attention again? Allergan Global Benefits needed a fresh take on internal communications so we came up with The Well Beings. We anthropomorphized Allergan’s ‘dots’ to create a fun and engaging way to showcase their ever-growing suite of employee benefits. Our communications rollout started with Allergan’s global ‘Well Being Month’ – designing and creating videos, emails, mail drops, swag, office digital boards, and intranet posts. The Well Beings were such a hit with employees we started using them to design all Global Benefit communications such as announcement videos, open enrollment guides, new hire guides, and incentive programs.
